Software studio in Amsterdam

We build software for clients, and apps of our own.

Most of our client work is on large ecommerce platforms and the cloud setups they run on. We also build AI features into products and make smaller websites. In between, we ship our own apps for iPhone, the Mac and the web.

Limiter on iPhone during an average speed check: a 95 km/h average so far, 99 km/h GPS speed and 1.5 km left in the zone
Lightning Radar on iPhone: a map of Florida covered in recent lightning strikes, with the nearest strike 7.5 km away
Squeezle's query editor: a SQL query with start date, end date and order status variables, next to the team's saved queries
Namerly on iPhone: a card for the name Jacob, with its pronunciation and meaning, and buttons to swipe it away or like it
MedTracker on iPhone: today's medications, each with when it was last taken and when the next dose is allowed

What we do for clients

We join your team or take a piece of the project off your hands. Either way, you talk to the people who write the code.

01

Ecommerce platforms

Stores with a big catalogue and real traffic. We work on the storefront, the APIs behind it and the links to stock, payment and shipping systems, and we keep it fast when the sale starts.

02

Cloud and infrastructure

Kubernetes, Docker and Cloudflare Workers. We move apps off old hosting, find out why pages are slow and fix it, and set things up so your team can run them without us.

03

AI features

AI that does one job in your product, and does it in a way you can check. Image recognition, speech to text, and language models that pull fields out of documents, summarise long text or call your own APIs as tools. We test it on your real data before it ships.

04

Websites

Smaller sites too: a landing page with a waitlist, a marketing site, a booking form. We build them on the same stack as everything else, so they load fast and cost little to host.

Our own products

We build these for ourselves. It's where we try new tools before we use them on client work.

Squeezle's query editor: a SQL query with start date, end date and order status variables, next to the team's saved queries
01WebLive

Squeezle

A shared SQL workspace for Postgres. Your team writes and runs queries, shares a result as a link that expires, and only sees the data it's allowed to. A built-in assistant drafts SQL with Claude, on your own Anthropic key.

Lightning Radar on iPhone: a map of Florida covered in recent lightning strikes, with the nearest strike 7.5 km away
03WebiOSLive

Lightning Radar

A live map of lightning strikes around the world, with each strike's thunder spreading out as a ring at the speed of sound. An Elixir relay merges the upstream feeds, drops duplicate strikes and keeps recent history, and the web app and the native SwiftUI iPhone app both read from it.

04macOSLive

Glauco

A desktop Kubernetes client that talks straight to your clusters, with no server and no telemetry. It's read-first: every scale, restart, drain or delete waits behind a confirm dialog.
